Organization
The companies in the BAUER Group operate in the three segments Geotechnical Solutions, Equipment and Resources. BAUER Aktiengesellschaft is the holding company of the Group. It provides central management and service functions for its affiliates. We control all operational processes with our management systems. These describe processes and responsibilities and define Group-wide standards for quality, labor, environment, HSE, ethics and risk management. Our management systems are based on the requirements of our customers, statutory regulations, our principles of sustainable business as well as national and international standards.
The business activity of the BAUER Group is divided into the three segments Construction, Equipment and Resources. Our customers benefit from strong synergy potential and our worldwide network.
We maintain production facilities in Europe, Asia, Africa, and North and South America. We carry out construction projects in almost all countries of the world. This means we are close to our customers everywhere.
The Executive Board of BAUER AG manages the strategic development of the BAUER Group.
The Supervisory Board of BAUER AG comprises 12 members. Half of them represent the shareholders, and half represent the employees of our Group.
Our most important tasks include protecting the health of our employees and customers, ensuring safe working conditions on our sites around the world and preventing harmful environmental impact.
