Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of BAUER GmbH & Co. KGaA comprises 12 members, with one half representing the shareholders and the other half representing the employees. The Supervisory Board lends structure to decision-making and monitoring processes. The Executive Board must discharge duties to provide the Supervisory Board with information.

Prof. Dr. Peter Bömelburg (Chairman)

Residence: Ansbach, nationality: German

Prof. Dr. Peter Bömelburg, born in 1964, studied business administration at Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nuremberg and earned his doctorate in consolidated financial statements and deferred taxes. From 1994 to 2024, he worked at RÖDL, becoming a partner and German CPA in 1998, managing partner in 2005, and global partner in 2011 with responsibility for national and international locations and responsible person for owner-managed international corporate groups. From 2019 to 2022, he led the restructuring of the finance and tax department, among other things. Since January 2025, he has been an independent auditor and tax advisor specializing in entrepreneurial families.

Hannah Eichinger

Residence: Munich, Nationality: German

Hannah Eichinger, born in 1992, studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. During her legal clerkship, she gained international practical experience at a law firm specializing in business law in Tel Aviv.
After successfully passing the Second State Examination and being admitted to the Munich Bar Association in 2020, she began her legal career at a leading German corporate law firm with presences in all of Germany’s major business hubs. In 2024, she became in-house counsel at DIBAG Industriebau AG. Since December 2024, she has also been practicing as an independent attorney. As part of her legal practice, she advises and represents clients, particularly in the area of tenancy law.

Claus Quirling

Residence: Germering, Nationality: German

Claus Quirling, born in Munich in 1979, studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and completed his studies in 2008 with the Second State Examination. He began his professional career as an assistant to the CEO at DIBAG Industriebau AG. Since 2011, he has been a managing director at DOBA Grund Beteiligungs GmbH, and since 2019, he has also held this position at various closed-end real estate funds. He works as Head of Procurement at DIBAG Industriebau AG.

Martin Saler

Residence: Koblach, nationality: Austrian

Martin Saler, born in 1978, began his professional career at V-Research as a project manager in development. In 2011, he moved to Liebherr as production manager before taking over production management at Liebherr Container Cranes Ltd. in Ireland from 2015 to 2018 and serving as managing director and plant manager from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, he returned to Liebherr-Werk Nenzing GmbH and was responsible for production as Managing Director/COO. From July 2025 to January 2026, he was Managing Director of BAUER Maschinen GmbH alongside Wulf Flos.

Sebastian Sennebogen

Residence: Straubing, nationality: German

Sebastian Sennebogen completed his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at the OTH Regensburg in 2014, followed by a master's in industrial engineering (2015-2017) at the same university. He began his professional career as a design engineer at Sennebogen Maschinenfabrik GmbH, where he was primarily responsible for the supervision of prototypes in 2014/2015. He then worked as an engineer at Ferchau Engineering GmbH in Regensburg from 2017 to 2018. Here he concentrated on the development of group-wide standardization concepts at Krones AG and their implementation in all product lines. In 2018, he returned to Sennebogen Maschinenfabrik GmbH as a mechanical engineer with a focus on the development of telehandlers, product optimization and the development of production concepts. Since 2019, Sebastian Sennebogen has been Managing Director and Plant Manager of Sennebogen Multi Line GmbH & Co. KG in Wackersdorf. In addition, he took over the position of Managing Director of Technology at Sennebogen Maschinenfabrik GmbH in Straubing in 2024.

Florian von Tucher

Residence: Rottach-Egern, nationality: German

Florian von Tucher, born in 1981, studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Hannover and spent study visits in Spain and China. In 2005, he founded the Asian branch of the family business and lived in China for 15 years. There, in his role as Chairman of the ESI Group, he was responsible for the development of large-scale real estate and environmental projects in China and Mongolia.

Since 2020, he has been CEO of the M&P Group, a leading company specializing in sustainable engineering consulting, particularly in the environmental sector.

In 2023, Florian von Tucher played a significant role in founding the SIERA Alliance. It supports companies in complying with the CRSD guidelines and achieving market leadership through strategic adjustments. In addition, the SIERA Alliance enables the industry to use the incentives of the Green Deal to both increase profitability and secure a sustainable competitive advantage in a dynamic market environment.

Rainer Burg

Residence: Gerolsbach, Nationality: German

Rainer Burg, born in 1972, is a concrete technologist and industrial construction engineer. He joined BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH in 1989, where he completed a training as industrial mechanic specializing in equipment and systems engineering. From 1992 to 2018 he served in various roles in the Technical Services Department of BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH, completed various specialist training programs (concrete technologist) and a course of study in applied economics alongside his work. Since 2019, he is a Technical Marketing Manager at BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH. Since 2006, Rainer Burg has been a member of the works council of BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH and has been acting as its deputy chairman since 2010. From 2007 to 2016, he was also a member of the Supervisory Board at BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH. Since 2010, he has been serving as Group works council chairman.

Dr.-Ing. Thomas Ender

Residence: Passau, Nationality: German

Dr.-Ing. Thomas Ender, born in 1978 in Passau, studied Industrial Engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where he subsequently earned his doctorate in Production Engineering. He is an alumnus of the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and INSEAD Business School.
Dr.-Ing. Thomas Ender began his professional career at the wbk Institute of Production Science at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Following his time as a research assistant, he worked as a Managing Director and Consultant at KIT. In this role, he spent five years in Hangzhou and Suzhou, China, where he established and managed the Global Advanced Manufacturing Institute.
From 2013 to 2019, he held various management positions in the consumer goods industry, focusing on the white goods sector. Among other roles, he served as Head of Trading Goods, Head of Logistics and, for three years, as Plant Manager in Turkey.
From 2019 to 2022, he managed a plant with approximately 560 employees in the automotive sector at ZF Friedrichshafen AG. He subsequently took responsibility for strategic programs in the areas of plant concepts, digitalization, sustainability and operational excellence, as well as performance and transformation programs in the fields of e-mobility and conventional passenger car business.
Since December 2024, Dr.-Ing. Thomas Ender has held management positions in production at BAUER Maschinen GmbH, including as Plant and Site Manager at the Aresing and Edelshausen sites, as well as in a matrix management role with responsibility for BAUER (Tianjin) Technologies Co., Ltd.

Robert Feiger

Residence: Neusäß, Nationality: German

Robert Feiger, born in 1962, acted in secretary roles in the district council of Augsburg for the IG Bau-Steine-Erden trade union from 1983 to 1992. During this time, he studied at the Social Academy in Dortmund from 1986 to 1987 before transitioning to the Bavarian state council in 1992. In 1998, he became managing director of the district council of Upper Bavaria at IG Bauen-Agrar-Umwelt (Construction, Farming and Environmental Union), before taking on the role of regional manager for Bavaria starting in 2005. In 2007, he was appointed to the Federal Executive Committee of IG Bauen-Agrar-Umwelt trade union, became deputy chairman there in 2009 and has been serving as federal chairman since 2013.

Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Petra Ehrenfried

Residence: Langenmosen, Nationality: German

Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Petra Ehrenfried, born in 1966, studied process engineering at the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences. She has been working in the BAUER Group since 1992. From 1993 to 1996 she established the branch of what was formerly BAUER und Mourik Umwelt GmbH in Oberursel and then moved to the southern branch, which she also returned to after her parental leave. From 2007 to 2008 she managed the Marketing Department, before moving to the technical center. Since 2017 she has been full-time chairwoman of the works council of BAUER Resources GmbH.

Reinhard Irrenhauser

Residence: Schrobenhausen, Nationality: German

Reinhard Irrenhauser, born in 1967, completed his training as machine fitter at Karl Bauer Spezialtiefbau GmbH & Co. KG before working from 1986 to 1999 as a large scale machinery operator at the same company. From 1999 to 2010, he worked as a mechanic in equipment assembly in the BAUER Group. Since 2001, Reinhard Irrenhauser has been a member of the works council of BAUER Maschinen GmbH and has been chairman of the works council since 2010. In 2011, he successfully completed an advanced training program to become a technical business administrator. In addition to his professional activities, since 2007 Reinhard Irrenhauser has been serving as a volunteer judge on an industrial tribunal at the Labor Court of Munich.

Helena Seemüller

Residence: Gachenbach, Nationality: German

Helena Seemüller, born 1988 in Schrobenhausen, began her apprenticeship at BAUER as an office administrator on September 1, 2009. She then went on to earn a degree in industrial management while working. Since completing her apprenticeship, she has been working in the facility management of BAUER. There, she has gained experience in nearly all areas of the field and is now primarily involved in project- and organization-related tasks. She is currently serving her second term as a works council member. In addition, she has been newly appointed to the Supervisory Board.

Andreas Schmidt

Residence: Thuringia, Nationality: German

Andreas Schmidt, born in Erfurt in 1965, completed an apprenticeship as a thermal power plant operator at the Energiekombinat Süd after graduating from polytechnic high school. He then worked as a control room operator and turbine operator at various power plants in Thuringia. In 1990, he joined the Mining and Energy Industrial Union (IG BE) as a union secretary. This was followed by a course at the Academy of Labor at the University of Frankfurt am Main. Since 2012, he has been the district director of the IGBCE Thuringia district and has led collective bargaining negotiations in various companies and industries, including as the chief negotiator for SCHACHTBAU NORDHAUSEN GmbH.
