Executive Board

BAUER Aktiengesellschaft, founded in 1994, is the holding company of the Group. BAUER AG is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the Group and controls and monitors the operating segments as part of the investment controlling process. As a service provider, it also performs central administrative and service functions for the affiliated companies. The Executive Board pursues long-term goals and bases its decisions on the values of the BAUER Group. Its members are Peter Hingott and Hartmut Beutler. 
 

Peter Hingott

Peter Hingott, born in 1972, is responsible for the Geotechnical Solutions, Equipment and Resources segments as well as for finance and communications on the Executive Board of BAUER Aktiengesellschaft, among other functions. He studied construction management at BWI-Bau and business administration at Lahr University. In 1992, he started his career with the former Dyckerhoff & Widmann AG and worked there in various leadership positions until 2002, including several years abroad. In 2002, Peter Hingott transitioned to the management of a mid-sized construction company. During his professional career, he was always responsible for the commercial areas in addition to his operational tasks. He joined BAUER Umwelt GmbH in 2006, which he then led as Managing Director from 2007 to 2013. From 2013 to 2020 he was the Commercial Managing Director of BAUER Resources GmbH and was also responsible for various regions and subsidiaries in the Resources segment. In 2016, Peter Hingott was appointed to the Executive Board of BAUER Aktiengesellschaft.

Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) Hartmut Beutler

Hartmut Beutler, born in 1957, has been Interim member of the Executive Board of BAUER AG since January 1, 2024. He studied business administration (construction) at Biberach University of Applied Sciences and joined BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH as a trainee in 1983. He later became Deputy Head of Accounting and Assistant to the Management Board. After working as Head of IT, Facility Management, Legal and Insurance and as an authorized signatory at BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH, he was appointed to the Management Board of BAUER Aktiengesellschaft in 2001, where he served as Chief Financial Officer until his departure at the end of 2021. As interim board member, Mr. Beutler is now responsible for special tasks, among other things.
