Geotechnical Solutions

BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH, the original parent company of the BAUER Group, has been a major driving force in the development of specialist foundation engineering. It carries out all of the customary processes of foundation engineering, primarily for excavation pits, foundations, cut-off walls and ground improvements on a worldwide basis. In doing so, Bauer Spezialtiefbau works closely together with their over 50 subsidiaries and branches across the globe.

Regional networks around the world allow for the quick and flexible application of equipment, teams and expertise. Bauer Spezialtiefbau offers their customers individual, creative and economical specialist foundation engineering solutions for demanding construction projects, from planning through to execution.

BAUER Maschinen GmbH is a provider for a full range of equipment for specialist foundation engineering as well as for the exploration, mining and extraction of natural resources. Our portfolio covers all technologies from drilling, cutting and pile driving technology down to mixing technology and sets standards in the industry. We are the world market leader in the development and manufacture of specialist foundation engineering equipment.

At the Group’s headquarters in the Schrobenhausen, Aresing and Edelshausen plants, Bauer Maschinen designs and constructs large rotary drilling rigs, trench cutters, grab units and vibrating equipment as well as all corresponding tools. We operate additional production locations in the USA, China, Malaysia, Italy, Singapore and Turkey. Our sales and customer services network extends across the entire world.

BAUER Resources GmbH develops innovative products and services in the areas of drilling services and water wells, environmental services, constructed wetlands, mining and rehabilitation. With many years of experience, state-of-the-art technology and pioneering proprietary developments, our specialists are equipped to implement even the most unusual projects anywhere in the world.

Particularly with the world’s largest constructed wetland in Oman, we underscore our role as a forerunner in sustainability. Moreover, with the development and delivery of well materials or well drilling, we ensure a constant water supply. And when it comes to handling, recycling and disposing of waste professionally, our own soil treatment centers guarantee the highest possible reliability of disposal. We also safeguard underground storage facilities securely for future generations. Last but not least, our area of activity also includes safeguarding existing shaft facilities, excavating shafts and the exploration of new drifts.
