Your tasks:
- Eigenständige Abwicklung von Exporten inkl. der Erstellung der notwendigen Zolldokumente
- Erstellung von Präferenzpapieren wie Ursprungszeugnis und EUR.1
- Softwaregestützte Erstellung der Transportdokumente inkl. der Ausfuhranmeldung (AEB-Assist)
- Koordination der Transporte als Bindeglied zwischen Vertrieb, Projektabteilung, Montagen sowie Warenempfänger und Spedition
- Ansprechpartner für Speditionen und Zollbehörden
Your profile:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zoll/ Logistik
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Außenwirtschaftsrecht (Präferenzabwicklung, Exportkontrolle) wünschenswert
- ATLAS- und idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in der Zollsoftware Assist / AEB von Vorteil
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
