Your tasks:
- Organisation und Unterstützung unseres Fuhrparkbüros
- Erstellung der vollständigen Monatsabrechnungen
- Pflege und Verwaltung von fahrer- und fahrzeugbezogenen Daten
- Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
- Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnernschreibung 1
Your profile:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Fuhrpark, Logistik oder Verwaltung
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel)
- Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationsgeschick
