Your tasks:
- Technical responsibility for the selection, development, and documentation of grouting systems and grout recipes, tailored to project-specific requirements and certification standards
- Support during the tender phase through analysis of technical requirements, preparation of method statements, cost estimations, and risk/opportunity assessments
- Project manage engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning scopes as well as lead the recipe development process.
- Coordination with internal departments, suppliers, certification bodies, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation and continuous development of grouting solutions
- Project support from tender through execution phase, including handover of technical documentation, resource planning, and operational input as subject matter expert
- Ensuring compliance with QHSE standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes, while actively contributing to audits, HSE initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
Your profile:
- University degree in chemical engineering, mechanical / electrical engineering or a comparable discipline
- Several years of experience in the field(s) of grouting equipment and grouting operations
- Excellent knowledge of grouting techniques and systems
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Team player with a high degree of independence, a sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to undertake business trips and construction site assignments, some of which may last several weeks
