Your tasks:

  • Design, optimize and enhance cutting-edge drilling and grouting equipment for offshore foundation works – with a strong focus on safety, performance, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to define product specifications and deliver complex offshore projects successfully.
  • Lead the installation and commissioning of equipment on vessels and platforms, ensuring strict compliance with QHSE standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies and provide rapid troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Analyze and interpret operational data to boost efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work hand in hand with internal teams and external partners while providing technical support during offshore operations.

Your profile:

  • State-certified technician or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • At least 3 years of proven professional experience in equipment engineering, maintenance, or related roles, preferably in the offshore (wind) sector
  • Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools
  • Strong knowledge of machinery, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Team player with a high degree of independence, a sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to undertake business trips and construction site assignments, some of which may last several weeks
