Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:
- Implementation of business processes using SharePoint Online and M365 applications like Teams and OneDrive
- SharePoint Online administration (site creation, permissions, libraries, lists, metadata)
- PowerShell/PnP scripting for automation, bulk operations, provisioning, and reporting
- Automation and integration using Copilot and Power Automate
- Troubleshooting and support for SharePoint/Teams issues and workflow errors
- Migration of data from network drives to SharePoint Online using Sharegate and ongoing system monitoring
- Requirement analysis, documentation, and support for internal departments across all support levels
- Modern SharePoint page management and web part configuration
- Collaboration in an international team (IT and Azure administrators) and active participation in Scrum and other agile meetings
Damit überzeugen Sie uns:
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education
- Advanced working experience with SharePoint Online, Power Automate and Copilot Studio for enterprise content management and automation
- Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and PnP (automation, provisioning, bulk operations)
- Good understanding of document management functionalities and object-oriented design
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of the M365 Admin Center, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Microsoft governance/security concepts
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to support end users and collaborate across teams
