Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:

Coordination of commercial tasks during execution and tender stage for worldwide projects
Overseeing / evaluation of major international projects (cost control, budget planning, reporting, risk management, cash management)
Support function on commercial matters for our subsidiaries abroad
Monitoring and evaluation of project cost, conducting deviation analysis and preparation of executive summary reports

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

Completed academic degree, e.g. (International) Business Administration, Finance Management, Civil Engineering or similar studies
Several years of commercial management experience with a proven international track record in construction industry
Ability to be a strategic commercial sparring partner and a good negotiator combined with a deep understanding of construction processes (such as calculation and contracts management)
Good IT knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office and SAP, experience with budgeting software is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, German and/or any other language a plus
