Bridge foundation in Canada

Three new bridges are planned for the Route 1 Gateway Project in New Brunswick, Canada. For the foundations of one of the bridges Bauer sank piles down to a depth of 27 metres.

Economic University of Vienna

The new campus of the Vienna University of Economics and Business is being built between the city's trade fair centre and the Prater district. The foundation work was carried out by Bauer Spezialtiefbau's Austrian subsidiary, which celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2011.

University of Bielefeld, Germany

BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH executed foundations and retaining structures for the new campus of the Fachhochschule Bielefeld college. At times, five drilling rigs and an anchor rig worked on the project simultaneously.

Mittlerer Ring - Munich, Germany

Tunnelling on the Mittlerer Ring: Bauer will be working on the foundations for the road tunnel – which is almost three kilometres long and in places has two levels – in the south-west of Munich through to 2013.
