For our subsidiary Bauer Kasachstan TOO in Almaty we are looking for:

Tasks:

• Develop and support our client base
• Undertake market analysis and develop sales strategies for target country
• Develop technical special foundation solutions
• Estimating and tendering management
• Negotiation and execution of contracts
• Support projects during the construction phase

Job specification:

• The position is targeted towards ambitious individuals with a degree in construction engineering or a related subject ideally focused on special foundations
• Suitable for young professionals early in their careers or university graduates
• Work experience in special foundations is desirable
• Providing support and reporting to the Senior Sale Engineer Manager
• Fluent Russian and English or German skills are essential
• You shall be team-orientated and have excellent communication skills with a high sense of responsibility
