For our subsidiary in Almaty/Kazakhstan we are looking for a

Tasks:

• Be the responsible manager of the company
• Lead and develop a young team
• Acquisition and development of the company's market position in Kazakhstan
• Responsibility for the technical and commercial result of each project and the subsidiary
• Representing the subsidiary towards clients, authorities, banks, etc.

Job specification:

This interesting progressive position is targeted towards ambitious individuals with a degree in construction engineering or related subject, ideally focused on special foundation. You shall be experienced in Acquisition / Sales of construction contracts as well as in the area of construction site management.

You shall have sound knowledge of spoken and written English or German language.
You shall speak Russian language fluently and be familiar with the Kazakh market and culture. You shall possess a profound technical know-how. You shall be familiar with the commercial aspects of a subsidiary and you shall have an entrepreneurial spirit. You shall have experience in giving guidance to your employees, especially through difficult situations. You shall be highly self motivated and absolutely reliable under stressful situations.
