Volker Baron After joining BAUER in 1976 and training as a mechanic, Volker Baron completed an advanced training course in 1985 to become a master craftsman in construction machinery. He then went on to broaden his qualifications in the field of hydraulics. |

Alexander Höflinger
Alexander Höflinger joined BAUER in 1975. Following his training to become a qualified machine fitter, he subsequently gained experience working with Bauer rotary drills. Following an additional two-year training program to become a state certified technician for mechanical engineering, he returned to BAUER and up to 1990 was a design engineer specializing in drilling equipment. While operating the equipment and showing others how to use the various machines on behalf of BAUER After Sales Service Department, Mr. Höflinger became familiar with drilling rigs, grabs and pile drivers and all the associated procedures both at home and abroad. Beginning in 2000, Mr. Höflinger began conducting practice-oriented customer training courses focussing on equipment engineering. As of March 1st, 2009 Mr. Höflinger has been a Trainer for the BAUER Training Center GmbH.

Andreas Miketta Mr. Andreas Miketta joined Bauer Spezialtiefbau in September 1987, after successfully completing a course in power plant electronics and gaining a Dipl.-Ing (FH) in electrical engineering. After moving to Bauer‘s Construction Plant Development Department, his career then turned to development work on special foundation engineering rigs, mixing plant and measurement data acquisition systems. In 1999, he moved to the Sales Department where he was given responsibility for special projects world-wide, focussing on data acquisition on OEM devices and data transmission via mobile phone networks. These experiences gathered over the years by him in electrical engineering at Bauer are now applied to the customer courses run by BAUER Training Center GmbH for the benefit of participants both in Germany and abroad. |
