Cooperation with Institutions of Higher Education
In addition to the areas of customer and business partner training, continuing and further education for employees, and tools for employee and management development, the BAUER Training Center GmbH is also responsible for the further expansion of cooperation with institutions of higher education.
In particular, this means the exchange and dissemination of knowledge. Several employees at the BAUER group hold positions as lecturers or give seminars in various academic areas at different educational institutions. For example, the BAUER Forschungsgemeinschaft (BAUER research community) – BFG – is carrying out Group-wide research projects in conjunction with several educational institutions.
In addition, the BAUER Trainer Center cooperates with educational institutions in the area of further academic education. Education programs for full-time employees that lead to bachelor's and master's degrees are becoming increasingly popular. The BAUER Group supports the advancement of continuing education programs in many ways.
Cooperation with educational institutions through the BAUER Training Center GmbH also creates an important interface to graduate recruitment at these educational institutions on behalf of the Personnel Department. This Department is responsible for the recruiting and supervision of interns and master's thesis candidates, in addition to being responsible for establishing contacts to students through university job fairs.
