We are your central contact for all requirements in the area of development as well as continuing and further education of employees and management, and trainings for customers and business partners. We also cooperate with local universities and other institutions of higher learning.

In addition to our experienced Training specialists you can also count on our experienced Trainers. Through a careful selection of qualified Trainers we can ensure that all training provided is top quality. Not only do our external Trainers possess extensive know-how, our internal trainers and instructors can provide practical instruction in the areas such as of mechanical engineering, civil engineering or construction based on their extensive work experience. With our "Train the Trainer" concept we can also provide instruction to enable internal trainers to share their expertise in a competent, qualified fashion.
For our customers and partners we offer Product Training courses and hands-on practical training in the operation of machinery or in everyday work. We continuously expand our course offering based on ongoing, careful analysis of training needs. In this way we can ensure your satisfaction and the successful transfer of knowledge from the training level to the practical level in everyday work.
Through close collaboration with universities and other institutions of higher learning we seek to support technical developments as well as to expand the cooperation between the BAUER Group and scientific institutions.
