Mission Statement
To ensure an even higher quality of training and level of customer satisfaction in the long term, one of the key goals of BAUER Training Center GmbH is the ongoing improvement and professionalization of trainings as well as the increase in the amount of training offered for customers and business partners.
The fulfilment of all safety standards for operating equipment is particularly important. This aspect plays a central role for an additional goal, namely the international recognition of training and/or certification (e.g., for an equipment operator's licence).
As the commercial provider of training and continuing and further education of the BAUER Group, training and educational measures are aligned with our corporate goals as well as the needs of our internal and external customers and business partners. In this way the Bauer Training Center provides a link between the strategic direction of the company and the needs of our employees, customers and business partners.
