Our main mission

We advise and support people who are active or want to be active in our industry in choosing training tools and activities that help them to further their personal and professional career development.
We also go above and beyond providing advice and support by implementing the many different training tools and activities in a practical way.

Our activities are targeted at three groups:

• The customers and business partners of the BAUER Group
• Institutions in the working world with whom we work to offer continuing education.
• The employees and managers of the BAUER Group

We cooperate with universities and research institutions to promote the exchange and dissemination of knowledge.
Last but not least, we serve as the eyes and ears of our customers and markets, receiving and acting on input and applying it to the work of the BAUER Group, thus contributing to high customer satisfaction.

Here’s how we have structured the BAUER Training Center

• “Training” for us consists of all content and methods with which performance, ability to execute and behavior can be further developed.
• It is especially important to us to react quickly to changing training needs.
• At the same time we aim to recognize future training needs early on so that we are able to translate these requirements into concrete training offerings.
• Both should serve to structure our training to meet the exact needs of our participants by creating a real value add.
• Our level of recognition and reputation among the people and organizations we work with is important to us.
• Therefore we think and act beyond the moment. The underlying principle of achieving long-lasting value guides all of our actions.
• The BAUER Training Center thus makes a recognizable contribution to continuously increasing the value of the BAUER Group.

We put our full energy and enthusiasm into our training efforts

• When it concerns the implementation of training – e.g., via the ongoing updating of specialized trainer knowledge, targeted use of different media, custom-made training site– we aim for a high degree of professionalism.
• Among other things, this means that we commit to achieving a comprehensive level of certification of our training by nationally and internationally recognized institutions.
• By offering training from a single source, we provide a unique combination of know-how in specialized civil engineering and the mechanical engineering related to it. Our role is to be at the cutting edge, which is exactly where we want to be and will strive to expand upon.
