Macken Street Bridge, Dublin, Ireland

A new bridge – the Macken Street Bridge – is being built over the Liffey in Dublin. Bauer Foundations installed the pillars with 15 bored piles in
1,200 mm diameter at a depth of
12 metres. A BG 20 H, lifted into the sheet pile walling, worked 8.5 metres below the water level. On land, foundation piles in 880 mm diameter were executed.
